Alexandra and Nick decided to throw their gorgeous large scale event in less than three months. When I first chatted with Alexandra, I was thrilled for this next chapter of their lives, and when I made sure they had a planner and asked who was helping them with planning and design they told me Ann Travis and immediately, I knew these two would be cared for and walk into their wedding in three months with absolute shock of how stunning their design was. Its always a recommendation of ours to get a planner no matter what the instance, but especially when you’re planning in under a year!

Alexandra and Nick cared about their family and friends having a full scale experience, so they packed up all their closest family and friends and jetted off to the gorgeous sunny beach in Ft. Lauderdale Florida, where Nick’s family have another home and Nick and his family spent quite a bit of time there growing up.

Ann Travis always has an incredible eye of design and with the personality, care and attention of Alexandra we walked into a blush and mauve wonderland with draping and a ballroom under candlelight. The ceremony was lined with florals down the isle created and designed by the talented Kaleidoscope Floral. With the view of Ft. Lauderdale beach, they said I do. Cocktail hour also consisted of their guest lounging outside at sunset, florals on every table and passed apps for their guest to enjoy. Truly, Alexandra and Nick didn’t skimp on a single detail and it was truly just an honor to be a part of their gorgeous day at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale Florida!
